At Classic Iron, all products are made to order. This means your gear is created specifically for you once your order is placed.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment.
During periods of high demand (holidays, promotions, or product launches), processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Shipping times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays.
Multiple Shipments
Because we work with multiple production partners, your order may be shipped in separate packages. You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 1–3 days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays
Classic Iron is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors or your local carrier
- Contact the shipping provider directly
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, but we will do our best to assist you.
