At Classic Iron, every item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or general dissatisfaction.

No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. Since our products are printed on demand, we do not hold inventory and cannot restock returned items.

We strongly recommend reviewing the size charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong item, design, or size from what you ordered)

We will gladly replace it at no additional cost.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Include your order number
  • Provide clear photos showing the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement through our production partner.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Please first check with your local carrier or neighbors
  • If the issue persists, contact us and we will assist where possible

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly after purchase, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once your order has been placed.
